About Our Services
- Consent Orders by Simply Resolve provides non-court dispute resolution support, consent order drafting support, negotiation assistance and related services.
- We are not a law firm.
- We do not provide legal advice.
Case Review Sessions
- Every matter begins with a Case Review Session.
- Joint Case Review: £225.
- Individual Case Review: £150 per person.
- Fees are payable in advance.
Fixed Fee Packages
- Agreement Reached – Includes D81, Draft Consent Order and Form A Completion with Guidance how to file with Court.
- Close to Agreement – Agreement Reached Plus 2 Hours Joint Negotiations time
- Not Yet Agreed – Agreement Reached Plus 6 Hours Joint Negotiations time.
- Extra Joint Negotiations time can be purchased if need at £250 per hour not pro-rata.
Client Responsibilities
Court Approval
- Provide accurate information.
- Provide relevant financial information and documentation.
- Engage respectfully with the process.
- Notify us of material changes.
Refund Policy
A Consent Order is subject to court approval.
We cannot guarantee:
- approval by the court;
- processing times;
- decisions made by the court.
Limitation of Service
- Case Review fees are non-refundable once completed.
- Where work has commenced, refunds will not be given if you have started to use the process e.g logged into the customer portal you have started to use the service.
- Custom drafting work is not be refundable once completed.
Complaints
- We are not solicitors.
- We are not accountants.
- We are not financial advisers.
- Independent legal advice should be obtained where appropriate.
